No exception in using name similar to drug or substance

A legal interpretation was made that there was no exception in using a name similar to a name of drug or substance unless it is a pharmaceutical manufacturer, such as pharmaceutical company.

The Ministry of Government Legislation(MOLEG) gave the answer above in response to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety’s(MFDS) question.
