The pharmaceutical industry stressed importance of following the fair trade agreement and law by introducing examples of indirect provision of rebates using support for doctors on foreign symposium.

It basically means that a company pretending to follow procedures of the fair trade agreement will also be exposed for illegal activities, and it will cause huge damages for the company.
