SK Group will acquire a factory of Bristol-Myers Squibb(BMS), a global pharmaceutical company, in Ireland.

“Our subsidiary, SK Biotek, will acquire a Bristol-Myers Squibb’s large pharmaceutical ingredient factory(producing 81 thousand liters) located in Swords, Ireland,” SK announced.
