MFDS strengthens post-marketing drug safety management

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety(MFDS) will strengthen post-marketing drug safety control to minimize consumer damages from drug side effects.

In order to overcome unexpected side effects after pharmaceutical approval, the MFDS has taken measures by collecting, analyzing and evaluating information about side effects of pharmaceutical products that are already commercialized.
