Pentavalent combination vaccine ‘DTaP-IPV/Hib’ introduced in Korea

A pentavalent vaccine(DTaP-IVP/Hib), which prevent diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio and haemophilus influenzae type b, will be introduced.

The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(Director Ki-Suck Jung, KCDC) announced it will introduce DTaP-IVP/Hib for the national immunization program for the first time and conduct free vaccination from the 19^th.
