The Fair Trade Commission(Chairman Jae-Chan Jung, FTC) decided to impose a corrective order and a fine of KRW 500 million and accuse the company to the prosecution with a crime for unfairly attracting customers on the pretext of supporting expenses to participate in overseas symposiums – the company even got involved with selection of doctors to support for overseas symposiums.
