The Korean Pharmaceutical Association(KPA) succeeded in searching for the root to recover 26 years lost.

The KPA passed an agenda to change the foundation day from 8 November 1954, a day the inaugural meeting of the Korean Pharmaceutical Association was held, to 11 February 1928, a day the inaugural meeting of the Pharmaceutical Society of Korea was held.
