Legal base to order to revise and add precautions on health functional foods
A bill was proposed at the National Assembly to give an order to revise and add precautions to the manufacturer when a health-related adverse reaction is reported for consuming health functional foods.
People’s Party Rep. Do-Ja Choi announced that she representatively proposed the ‘Partial Amendment to the Health Functional Food Law’ containing the contents above on the 13th.
