“CSO has no responsibility to make income & expenditure reports”

The Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW) gave an interpretation that a CSO does not need to make income & expenditure reports under the current law.

Deputy Director Jae-Woo Park at the MOHW Pharmaceutical Policy Division announced this as a reply to the question about necessity for CSOs to make the reports at the ‘Briefing for the Obligation of Income & Expenditure Reports’ on the 15^th.
