Hanmi Science & Hanmi Pharm’s bonus issue of 0.07 shares per common share

Both Hanmi Science and Hanmi Pharm announced a bonus issue of 0.07 shares per common share on the 3^rd.

Thus, Hanmi Science, a parent company of Hanmi Pharm Group(CEO Jong-Yoon Lim), and Hanmi Pharm will issue 3,989,565 and 728,341 shares respectively.
