MAFRA proclaims new Veterinary Law to restrict self-practice on dogs and cats

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs(MAFRA) decided an amendment to the Veterinary Law which includes a regulation to restrict animal owners to exercise medical practices on their pets, like dog and cat, at the Cabinet meeting on the 27^th, and proclaimed it on the 30^th.
