The KPA circulated the official information letter to each city and province KPA branch that the overtime additional charges for medication counselling and dispensing technical fees shall be accounted by the arrival time of the prescription sheet at pharmacies according to the Part II, Chapter 16, Dispensing charge No. 10 of "Medical Reimbursement Price and Medication Fee Accounting Standard".
