If pharmacy receives the medicine cost including patients' expenses wrongly due to calculation mistake they should inform patient by cable or any other available way so that he can get back the wrong amount.
If they cannot contact the patient, then when pharmacy requests the payment of treatment, they should write the amount, which they received, from patient.
