Why Sanofi’s labor union demand reinstatement of two employees violating CP?

Last March, Sanofi-Aventis Korea dismissed its two salespersons, who use corporate expenses without permission, for violation of the Compliance Program(CP).

Later, the company’s labor union has continued a protest to reinstate them for several months. They even filed a lawsuit at the National Labor Relations Commission.
