Drug registration on sharp declining in number after medical reform program.
After the implementation of the medical and pharmacy separation system the number of drug health registration sharply plunged.
The KFDA reported that from Jan. to Nov. this year the total 1,213 drugs completed their health registration, showing 744 non-prescription drugs, 393 prescription drugs and 76 bulk drugs, which was about 700 items less than the past year registration.
