The Demo Project for Chronic Disease Management Including Telephone Counseling will be actively implemented from September.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW) announced it will take applications from medical institutes which want to participate in the demo project which generally manage chronic disease with constant observation and counseling between the 17^th and 26^th.
