A doctor ‘C’ who issued prescriptions without treating patients for millions of wons as research and investigation expenses from pharmaceutical companies applied for an administrative litigation, but finally failed.

The Seoul Administrative Court’s 13^th Division dismissed a claim applied by the doctor against the Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW) to withdraw the qualification suspension.
