SK Chemicals approve commercialization of Xarelto generic for first time

The first generic of novel oral anticoagulant(NOAC), which is rapidly invading the warfarin prescription market, was domestically approved.

Under the Patent-Linkage system, the ‘Exclusive Sale Right’ will automatically be given to the generic for 9 months.
