Hyundai Pharm lost Yaz’s patent conflict against leading contraceptive company

Hyundai Pharm, a company owning the largest market share in the morning-after pill market, lost the patent conflict which attracted attention of the industry since it was against the leading company in birth control pills, Bayer.

Hyundai Pharm tried to avoid the medicine patent of ‘Yaz,’ the Bayer’s birth control pill, but failed to do so.
