Antismoking treatment ‘Champix’ recording KRW 12.6 billion only in 1st quarter

The Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Korea’s antismoking treatment, ‘Champix(varenicline),’ has shown a fierce growth together with the government’s antismoking treatment support project.

According to the IMS data of the 1^st quarter this year, Champix recorded prescriptions of KRW 12.6 billion, significantly increased from KRW 5.6 billion in the same quarter last year.
