Concerns towards a series of multinational companies’ use patent defenses

Original pharmaceutical products have successfully defended their use patents.

The first case was Pfizer’s Lyrica(pregabalin). Validity of the drug’s use patent was accepted in handling pains by the Supreme Court, followed by the 1^st and 2^nd trials filed by CH HealthCare and Samjin Pharm at the Intellectual Property Tribunal.
