It was observed the domestic pharmaceutical companies’ cost/sales rate was 57% on average, and was approximately 10% lower than the one of multinational pharmaceutical companies branched in Korea.

It basically shows one of the reasons why domestic pharmaceutical companies recorded relatively decent profitability compared to multinational ones is because of the cost/sales rate.
