Justice department, “Rebates have nothing to do with pharmaceutical price”

A rule was made that pharmaceutical companies’ rebates could not have damaged consumers as impacting on the end-user price of pharmaceutical products.

The 14^th Civil Department, Seoul High Court, was known to rule that the fact pharmaceutical companies have recently provided rebates to medical institutions cannot be a reason to compensate damages of the illegal action to end users.
