Prescription drug list under serious consideration to legislate.

The MOHW plans to draft the revised bill of the pharmaceutical affairs law reflecting 1) the prohibition of pharmacist's substitutive dispensing, 2) the most common prescription drug lists and 3) the prohibition of business collusion between medical institutes and pharmacies in connection with the prescription and its filling.
