Hanmi Pharm wins the final ‘Viagra’ design trial reversing the second one

Reversing its second trial, Hanmi Pharm won the ‘Viagra’ design lawsuit against Pfizer Korea.

On the 15^th, the Supreme Court announced dismissal of the Pfizer’s claim, an injunction for infringement the Viagra three-dimensional mark which was filed by Pfizer Korea to the Supreme Court.
