Why are the 5 companies missing from the innovation pharmaceutical company list?

In regards to the recertification of the 1^st innovation pharmaceutical companies, various suspicion has been poured out. While 36 companies, such as Green Cross, Chong Kun Dang, Samjin Pharm, Ahngook Pharm and Hanmi Pharm, were successfully recertified among the total 41 innovation pharmaceutical companies, 5 were disappeared from the recertification list.
