Pfizer won the Prevenar 13 patent suit proposed by SK Chemicals in 2013.

According to industry concerned on the 12^th, the Intellectual Property Tribunal took the side of Pfizer Korea on the lawsuit related to the Prevenar 13’s ‘Polyvalence Pneumococcal Polysaccharide-Protein Zygote Substance Patent.’
