Boehringer Ingelheim Korea won a lawsuit for the formulation patent of Micardis Plus against the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.

The 6^th Division of the Seoul Administrative Court has recently ordered the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety to withdraw the refusal to register the Boehringer Ingelheim’s Micardis Plus Tab 40/12.5mg, Micardis Plus Tab 80/12.5mg and Micardis Plus Tab 80/25mg.
