The Kunwha Pharmaceutical’s merger with Dream Pharm has been decided.

Kunwha Pharmaceutical announced on the 17^th that it decided to merger its 100% affiliated company, Dream Pharma Inc. (Kunwha Pharmaceutical owns 100% of stocks of Dream Pharma), to enhance effectiveness and reduce cost to maintain the company through removing tasks.
