Drug price slash unlikely to bring insurance fund saving effects

Managing director Shin Suk-woo of the KPMA reported a study paper titled "the pharmaceutical industry development in the 21st century" in the seminar held at Moonmak, Kangwon province on Dec. 1. He suggested in the meeting that the overall drug price reduction having slashed by the government since long time did not help any saving effect of the national medical insurance fund.
