Agreement spirit among Medical, Pharmacy and government went astray.

The tripartite talks among the medical, pharmacy and government made an agreement over the medical reform program in Dec. last year, the spirit of which now seems to go far away from the earlier target, raising a lot of barriers in an earlier settlement of not only the people's health promotion but also the medical reform program.
