Ministry of Food and Drug Safety turned in the final draft of Patent Linkage System to the National Assembly

The final draft of Patent Linkage System that sets basis of drug sales restriction has been confirmed, and submitted to the National Assembly.

In order to enforce the Patent Linkage System followed by the Korea-US FTA agreement, Ministry of Food and Drug Safety announced that ‘Partial Amendment of Pharmaceutical Law’, which revises and improves the current law, was turned in on 21^st.
