It seems that the equity base of pharmaceutical wholesalers, which is currently set to KRW 500 million, is going to be abolished.

Ministry of Health and Welfare made a pre-announcement for ‘partially revised enforcement regulations of the pharmaceutical law’ and ‘partially revised enforcement ordinances of the pharmaceutical law’ including the contents above.
