Bukwang Pharmaceutical revealed that they entered into a Term Sheet on September 17 to take over “Contera Pharma (Contera)” which is CNS BioVenture located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Bukwang Pharmaceutical is going to operate Contera which is located in Copenhagen, Denmark as a separated corporate body so that they can hire local R&D personnel and set a network with European Bio ventures.
