Pharmaceutical price of Forxiga tablet is cheaper than the price of DPP-4 inhibitor Januvia

On August 20, according to the Ministry of Health and Welfare, National Health Insurance Service and Astrazenaca has agreed to decide upper limit of pharmaceutical price of SGLT-2 inhibitor Forxiga 10mg as 784 won, and 5mg as 523 won earlier this month. Pharmaceutical price of Forxiga tablet is cheaper than the price of DPP-4 inhibitor Januvia (924 won) which leads diabetes treatment market.
