KRPIA pointed out that it is unfair situations that government claws back maintainance amount of pharmaceutical price from pharmaceutical companies

On August 19, KRPIA presented a written opinion to the Ministry of Health and Welfare that government should abolish amendment content of unfair profit redemption from pharmaceutical company which holds original drug when they lost in the original patent litigation though launching of following drugs are delayed due to drug patent linkage system.
