The government is helpless against the intentional delay of submission of the prescription medicine list by the Korea Medical Association (KMA). While the legal deadline for the submission of the list ended on September 13, the government has not prepared any countermeasures. Hence, issuance of the prescription medicine list is highly likely to take long due to non-cooperation from the KMA.
