Seoul Court of Administration Throws Out Case Filed by Choseun Pharmaceutical Corp.

The Seoul Court of Administration issued a final judgment on September 13 throwing out the appeal filed by Choseun Pharmaceutical Corp. in connection with the administrative measure made against it by the Korea Food & Drug Administration (KFDA) last March canceling permission of Woohwangchungsimwon for being disqualified from the content test.
