Novartis and GSK have recently agreed that GSK takes over vaccine division of Novartis, and Novartis takes over Oncology Business Unit of GSK. In addition, the two companies decided to proceed with sales of OTC items through the establishment of joint venture. GSK has a 63.5% of stake.
