On Feb 1, Chong Kun Dang Pharmaceutical Corp. launched self-developed the nation's first diabetes treatment 'Duvie'.

'Duvie' (ingredient: lobeglitazone sulfate) is the second new drug of CKD, followed by chemotherapy agent 'Camtobell' (2003). 'Duvie' has been developed since 2000, and it received new drug approval in July 2013.
