Old law banning illegal kickbacks deemed constitutional

The nation’s highest court ruled Thursday that the former Medical Law, which banned pharmaceutical firms from being involved in illegal practice of kickbacks, otherwise called “rebates” as an industrial term, is indeed constitutional.
