Wholesalers’ warehouse provision stirs confusion

A conflict is still arising from a changed law requiring a drug wholesaler to have a warehouse size of at least 80 pyung (1 pyung equals to 3.3 square meters).

The law will take effect from April next year. The government argues the revision is necessary to keep stricter control over irregular marketing activities by small-sized wholesalers.
