Salespeople vulnerable to dual punishment quagmire

The Ministry of Health and Welfare has stepped up its crackdown on unlawful drug marketing activities. It introduced a rule which slashes the price of a drug by up to 20 percent if a drug maker is found to have offered kickbacks to promote its sales. The drug company would face another 20 percent price cut if found to have provided rebates a second time.
