MFDS to add anaphylaxis to Pradaxa

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) is considering adding a warning to the label of a blood thinner Pradaxa (dabigatran etexilate), to say the drug could cause anaphylaxis reactions.
Anaphylaxis is a serious allergic reaction that is rapid in onset and may cause death. It typically causes a number of symptoms including an itchy rash, throat swelling, and low blood pressure.
