Health Insurance to cover three new medications from next month
The Ministry of Health and Welfare said Wednesday that national health Insurance will cover Hanmi Pharm’s Pahtension (sildenafil citrate), Otsuka Pharm’s Samsca (tolvaptan) and Takeda Pharm’s Daxas (roflumilast) from June 1.
According to the ministry, the insurance price of Pahtension 20 mg is set at 2,000 won a pill with an indication of pulmonary hypertension.
