Alcon, Ciba Vision wind up consolidation procedures in Korea

The legal consolidation procedures between Alcon and Ciba Vision was completed here as of May 1, both company officials said.

Following completion of the merger, Alcon will become the new eye care division of Novartis, including Ciba Vision and ophthalmic medicines.
