Drug wholesalers hit by falling sales and operating profits in 2012

Korea's pharmaceutical wholesalers witnessed not only sales decrease last year from a year earlier, but also falling operating profits than the previous year, data showed Monday.

This was attributed to fallout from the government-forced price cut for drugs last year and more fierce competition among players.
