Bayer Korea to transfer all of OTC products to Dong-A

Bayer Korea plans to transfer all of its over-the-counter medicines to Dong-A Pharmaceutical in a move to strengthen Bayer’s ethical business here.

“If the OTC transfer negotiation between the two companies are completed, it is meant that Bayer Korea will withdraw its OTC business from the domestic market,” said a senior wholesaler.
