Six out of 10 hospitals are obliged to settle their drug payment within 90 days or longer after drug purchase from drug firms or wholesalers, because the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) approves their drug claims by 90 to 100 days on average, a survey showed Thursday.
