HIRA saves 2.15 trillion won in 2012

The Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) said Wednesday that it contributed to saving 2.15 trillion won from the state insurance fund last year through a series of measures, citing the report of Seoul National University professor Kim Jin-hyun.
